（2014年7月14日，/HRoot.com/）据招聘专家瀚纳仕所言，由于中国的经济增长继续维持在7.4%左右，因此市场对金融分析师、企业银行关系经理和数字营销专家等专业人士的需求很高。而与此同时，求职者开始将重点放在长期职业发展上，而非短期薪酬增长。“全球第二大经济体的整体增长趋势放缓，这意味着应聘者将减少对薪酬增长的关注，而更加关注公司的业务发展规划与工作稳定性，我们建议应聘者寻找能够承担更多责任、接触更多区域业务的职位，这些职位将为你的事业发展带来长期益处。不要仅仅关注物质奖励。”瀚纳仕中国区总监兰熙蒙（Simon Lance）说。

In its latest Hays Quarterly Report, the recruiter says that jobseekers are starting to focus on long-term career development over short-term salary hikes. “The overall trend for slower growth in the world's second-largest economy has meant that candidates are now paying less attention to salary increases and more attention to a company’s business development plans and job stability. We advise candidates to focus on securing a job with greater responsibility and regional exposure which will provide long-term benefits to your career, rather than solely focusing on financial rewards.” says Simon Lance, Regional Director of Hays in China.
