为了帮助重庆企业应对人才挑战，中国人才管理第一品牌，人才管理软件开创者北森于7月11日初正式入驻重庆，这是北森2014全国拓展战略的重要一步，而重庆分公司成为北森成立12年来成立的第12家分公司。对此，北森CEO纪伟国表示：“目前，重庆地区企业面临的最大问题是关键人才稀缺。这就意味着，从内部选拔、培养发展关键人才将成为HR的首要工作。北森走进重庆，将为当地企业带来科学的关键人才评估与发展技术，帮助HR开启关键人才的攻陷战略！”

Beisen launches Chongqing Branch
(Jul. 11, 2014,/HRoot.com/) Beisen, a leading talent management software and solution provider in China, announced on July 11 that the company established its Chongqing Branch, the twelfth branches in China to help enterprises in Chongqing facing with talent challenge, which is the key step to expand its national wide expansion strategy. “The biggest issue faced by enterprises in Chongqing is the shortage of key talent, which makes internal selection of key talent and the development of key talent to be a priority for HR. Beisen Chongqing Branch will provide the scientific tools of key talent assessment and development to local corporates to assist HR open their mind on strategy of key talent,” said Ji Guowei, the CEO of Beisen.
